Plan for YOU to run Plymouth's libraries

 Efford Library is one of several that could be run by communities under the plans

LOCAL communities could take over and run their libraries, under radical plans put to Plymouth City Council.

Library buildings could be handed over to local residents under the community asset transfer scheme.
And volunteers could be used to run the libraries, the city’s Cabinet was told.
